Shears must be returned within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Damaged shears and late returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shears returned in like new condition within the 14-day period will receive a full refund less shipping or any missing items.
We ship out within 2-3 business days after receiving an order. Shipping cost is calculated at the time of checkout after you enter a complete billing (or alternate shipping) address. The transit time is determined by USPS at the time of checkout and may vary based on the shipping service you select.
